I am writing to the Missouri Attorney General's Office whom I recognize to be the highest dedicated law enforcement 
official in the state of Misssouri. I am writing out of grave concern about my youngest brother, Thomas Edward Quick, 
who lives at #4 Acorn Drive, St. Louis, MO 63128. My brother Thomas is a publicly denounced White Nationalist 
(http://www.lab-tesla.org/thomasequickcfa.html) and a documented financial criminal who has executed a multi-million 
dollar embezzlement against his own family. He was reported to the CFA Institute and the FBI on 9-17-2017 for 
identity fraud, embezzlement, and money laundering. Following an eight month investigation by the CFA Institute 
his professional credentials in the finance industry have been revoked. This can be verified by contacting the CFA
Institute, the criminal and misconduct complaint is under file number 115552. 

The problem now is that he is completely discredited professionally, he owes millions of dollars to his own family
and he has no means of generating income to make good on his financial crimes.  His current mental state is alarming.
Thomas Edward Quick has a serious anger disorder, he is delusional, he has completely failed in his chosen profession
and he is unable to support his own wife and children after living off embezzled family money for over a decade. His
primary work product since 2006 has been criminal activity. 

Thomas Edward Quick has a black belt in martial arts, and last time I saw him he owned an arsenal of firearms, including
military type weapons such as AR-15's. My greatest concern at this point is the possibility that he can "snap" or become
mentally deranged and could, or would, commit violent crimes. I am not prepared to call him a domestic terror threat, but
I would be a failed citizen if I did not recognize and report the real possibility that there is a real and serious threat
of domestic violence.  People like my brother have been known to execute their own families before committing suicide.

Thomas Edward Quick needs to be sent to prison for the financial crimes he has committed against his own family, but beyond
that, he needs to be separated from the arsenal of weapons that he owned the last time I confronted him in person. His
behavior was so intimidating and threatening that I walked out of his house backwards, I did not feel safe turning my back to
him on the way out the door, and his mental state is such now that he should only be confronted by professional law enforcement.

I am sending this letter registered mail, and having contacted the highest law enforcement officer in his state I feel that
any problems with Thomas Edward Quick are no longer my problems, they belong to you now, somebody needs to take him down and 
lock him up and I consider that to be your job.
